Hope you all are having a great 2018. My year has been great so far and I am sure you will hear more form me now.
Recently, I visited this beautiful cafe called Cafe Madrid in my city. It is such a wonderful place and I thought of reviewing it for you guys. No doubt, it is in Vadodara (a city in India) so if you ever visit this place or are already living here, you need to visit it.
A perfectly blended place away from the hustle and bustle of city life with a magnificent view of sunset and swimming pool. They even have an outdoor seating and their interiors is downright gorgeous. Here, take a look.
Cafe Madrid has a food menu with varied options in an economical range. So, it is perfect to go chill there just like that or give a treat to your friends or loved ones. Their beverage menu is equally interesting with options of coffee, mock-tails, teas and iced-teas. The presentation of the food is equally good plus they would curate it according to your taste. The staff is good an will listen to all your demands.
They gave me this delicious veggie garden wrap which is a must try from my side with this atomic cat mock tail which I simply loved. Also, the cold coffee frappe is my all time favorite. I have already been there a lot of time and it seems to be on of my favorite chill places.
The pool view is so gorgeous. You would want to sit here all day. What are you waiting for? Go there, already.
Cafe Madrid is at bhayali road. Madrid county.
If you visit the place, do let me know how you liked it in the comments section below.
Hope you find the strength to welcome Mondays and earn money to chill in cafes everyday.
Never forget to Sparkle.
Hello, lovely people. Hope you all are having a great 2018 and your resolutions are all still intact. My foremost New Year resolution is being regular and writing for you guys every week. I am planning to start a new segment on the blog. It is the review section. I will be reviewing hotels, restaurants, cafes, products and books in this section.
Recently, I was invited to the very wonderful Sayaji hotel (Vadodara, India) for brunch and viewing of the property.
The hotel is beautifully constructed and is in the prime location of the city. The vibe of the hotel is opulent and scrumptious. It has more than 8 banquet halls. The halls are designed for different capacities and different functions. You can plan a wedding function, a birthday or anniversary party and even corporate meeting and seminar. They also have a garden space, if you wish to host an event under the sky.
Well, if I talk about the brunch, it was simply a grand feast. The restaurant has a lovely and peaceful ambiance.
The buffet menu has some impeccable cuisines from Indian, Italian to Chinese. It basically savors your taste buds to the fullest. The food is very delicious and freshly made plus each item has proper taste of ingredients. The staff there definitely had my heart because of the warmth and superb hospitality services.
They have a live counter as well. You get homemade pasta and Indian chaat. One thing that caught my eye was that they served detox water made of green tea and mint. I simply loved that. My special mention also goes to the desserts. If you are visiting their restaurant, make sure you taste all the desserts. They got me really crazy. I had my tummy so full but my heart wanted to have more.
The property also has some amazing rooms with standard and premium categories. They are super clean and comfortable. They have a small snacks counter in the room with tea and coffee, and mineral water on the house. The rooms have chargers for devices, so you don’t have the hassle to carry one. The property also boasts of an amazing spa and gym.
Sayaji being a leader in F&B sector is the right choice for events or dinners. The hotel also gives you a free pick up and drop in Audi Q7 or Maruti ciaz, if you are planning a stay. The hotel has it branches in Pune, Indore, Bhopal, Kolhapur and Raipur.
They also gave me an amazing token and a hand written note. I feel you should just book the hotel and leave the rest to the beautiful staff there.
I had a wonderful time there and will definitely go there with friends and family again.
Don’t forget to Sparkle
Hello lovely people. I have taken a super long break from writing. I super regret it because I realize that 2017 is nearly coming to an end. But, I do have my reasons. I have been very busy with my new and exciting job as a content writer and social media marketer plus I have recently launched my own luxury handcrafted bathing brand.
Since this year just got over in a blink of eye, I have made an amazing and fun questionnaire for all of you. This is especially for you to analyze how much you achieved in 2017 and how you want to rock 2018.
I strongly believe self-questioning helps an individual see the mirror. Also, if you are a person who just forwards their goals from one year to the next (like me), this will definitely be a check for your clogged lazy brain.
So, let’s begin the fun.
- What were your goals for 2017? How many did you accomplish?
- Are you still wanting to carry forward remaining 2017 goals to 2018?
- Leave a message to 3 people who made your 2017 better.
- If you learned today that you had only the coming year to live, what would you do?
- What did you always wanted to do but always feared to?
For starters I am super afraid to learn swimming but I am planning to overcome my fear and learn it this year. Try and achieve one thing like that this year.
- Make a list of 10 goals you want to achieve for 12 months. Focus on each for a month.
For starters if you want to lose weight, focus on it for a month completely and then continue it by starting a new goal for next month.
- Get rid of one bad habit this year.
Be it having a sleeping late or eating unhealthy or quitting smoking. Just eliminate one negative from your life.
- Make sure to do little things that give you happiness more.
Be it going for a walk or sipping a cup of coffee in a café or talking to your family or friends.
- Inculcate one good habit this year.
Maybe practicing meditation or exercising regularly. Add one positive to yourself.
- Make sure to take 3 trips this year. Travelling will give your monotony a break and help you gain a better perspective.
- Try finding sometime for a hobby.
Paint if you like to or simply read a book. These things will help you unwind your stress.
- Lastly, start any remaining goal from 2017 in December itself. This way you will have a continuity in 2018 for your goal and you will not fall off the wagon.
I hope this helps you to plan a productive year. Make sure to find time for your dreams and happiness. Also, always remember that change of work from the boring routine is also a kind of relaxation. So, go get a notebook and write stuff down.
All the pictures were thanks to Unspalsh.
Go on and kill it!
